A content series is a named, repeatable format that talks directly to the one person. It's the public-facing wrapper an audience learns to recognise and follow, the thing they can name to a colleague. It sits under a pillar: the pillar decides the subject (content-pillars.md), the series makes it recognisable and repeatable, so the audience learns what they're getting and I never start from a blank page. The job each episode does is one of the four in job.md.
The spine is a flagship series per pillar: four selected series, one lane each, plus a small group in testing, earning their place by performing. A pillar can carry more than one series; the flagship is the default home for its ideas.
Everything else lives in one place, the Series section of this site: the series system holds the roster, how a series earns its place, and the bench of ideas, and every series has a full page of its own. Scripts go to docs/scripts and name the series they belong to.
